It's comfortable and incredibly beautiful hotel with dedicated personnel who does customer service.

The hotel had indeed a great and decent location in the private residence. Units with a view.

Elegant building and rooms with a microwave. Early check in and late check out. The pool area was good too.

As a young family, we loved the easy 20-minute walk to Waikiki center and the beautiful view of the water. The room layout and comfortable beds were perfect after a long day of traveling. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the convention center, shopping center, and various eateries. The parking structure made it hassle-free to find parking, and the daily housekeeping ensured cleanliness. we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay at Lsi Resorts At Ala Moana.

We felt well taken care of during our stay, and the staff was always willing to assist with any requests.

Actually everything was amazing, my next choice again in Honolulu. The location in a comfortable area was good and magnificent and there were a big shopping mall and different stores nearby. Dined at Shokudo, it was within easy walking distance of the venue.

Early check-in, parking on site. Favourable and decent location, 4-6 minutes walking distance from Hawaii Convention Center.

Internet connection was terrible.

Had a great stay for a vacation in Honolulu. Had essentials needed in the suite, including a microwave oven, coffee/tea makers and a fridge. The bathroom was clean with a tub.

We were delighted with the location of Lsi Resorts At Ala Moana. It was conveniently connected to the Ala Moana Shopping Center and just a short distance from the Hawaii Convention Center. The proximity to these attractions made our stay extremely convenient. Additionally, the hotel lobby was very comfortable and provided a welcoming atmosphere.

There were a few minor drawbacks to our stay. The room we were assigned had a partial ocean view, which was not what we had expected when we booked an ocean view room.

Great view - 23rd floor - quiet and in the main tower.

Dirty, stained carpet. Bathtub did not drain - so the water backed up in the tub. The maid did not wash out the tub daily - there was still hair and soap scum in it (due to the water being backed-up).

I had well-maintained and impressive room with great view from balcony. Location: the hotel was not far from the mall and other shopping stores, Ala Moana shopping center and the Waikiki beach and Waikiki & the Ala Moana shopping Mall. Easily reached Shokudo, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue, had lunch/dinner there.

We loved the convenient location right next to the shopping center. Being close to Ala Moana shopping mall made it easy to shop and explore. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Parking was hassle-free and transportation options were readily available. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.

No negatives from this place.

As a business traveler the location is key for me.

The first towels were not very clean

I truly enjoyed the place, it was fairly clean & the staff were fast and polite. The location was marvellous and decent, close to Hawaii Convention Center. The hotel was in a great area.

We had a great experience staying at LSI Resorts at Ala Moana. The location was convenient, being next to a mall. The LSI staff was very accommodating and made us feel at ease during our stay. Our room had a high floor, a kitchenette, and a comfortable king-sized bed, which was unexpected and appreciated. Despite a few minor issues, such as a fridge that had a hard time closing and a dull and dirty ice bucket, our overall stay was enjoyable.

We liked the proximity to a big shopping mall. We liked the closeness to Waikiki shopping and beach.

The room was very small. THe hide a bed mattress was awful. We got a filthy towel as a clean towel one day. There was someones stinky hat left in the room when we arrived. We were supposed to have a safe in the room as well as an extra blanket, neither of which we had.. They did bring and extra blanket when asked.
